What We Believe

Using improvement science methodology, we listen to educators and work with them to develop and test change ideas.

IMPROVEMENT SCIENCE IS A SIMPLE BUT POWERFUL METHOD FOR GENERATING CONTEXT-BASED CHANGE IDEAS

Talk of education reform is everywhere, but few people seem happy with the state of school improvement. Genuine user-centered change efforts are few and far between. Most change efforts are done to teachers instead of with them. That’s why we developed our improvement science process. Designed specifically for high-poverty schools, the goal is to develop the necessary know-how within your organizational context for change ideas to spread faster and more effectively.

IMPROVEMENT SCIENCE IS A DISCIPLINED APPROACH TO IMPROVEMENT WORK THAT IS BUILT UPON A THINKING PART AND A DOING PART
